Mahmoud Abouamer

Engineer Mahmoud Abouamer is among the most experienced and successful construction executives in the Middle East and beyond. An electrical engineering graduate of Cairo University, he joined Al-Hani in 1974 and rose through its ranks to become its CEO and a managing partner. He has overseen some of the most complex and challenging construction projects in Kuwait, delivering them to the highest technical standards, often in record time, while maintaining profitability. Since becoming CEO, he has gradually led the company to its second “golden age” winning major projects such as the record-breaking Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre, delivered in a record 22 months.
