Helana Ibrahim

Helana Ibrahim has diverse professional experience, currently serving as a Paraprofessional at the NYC Department of Education since October 2021. Additionally, Helana works as a Medical Coder and Biller at Farag Medical Office since August 2018 and has been a Math Teacher at both Al Ittihad Private School - Al Mamzar and GEMS Education since September 2016. Helana also holds the position of Executive Legal Secretary at Al Tamimi & Company since January 2012 and previously worked as an Institutional Effectiveness Officer at American University in the Emirates from February 2010 to December 2012. Prior roles include an Administrative Assistant at Al Rowaid Medical from January 2009 to January 2010 and involvement in customer service at Etisalat from December 2008 to December 2009. Helana holds a Higher National Diploma in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Autism and Speech Therapy from Ain Shams University attained in 2022, and a Higher National Diploma in Education from Cairo University from 2016, alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University completed in 2005.
