Mahmoud also has experience as a Director of Apple Program and Administrative Technologies lead. Additionally, Mahmoud co-founded MIT Crowd where Mahmoud troubleshooted software problems and fixed computers. Mahmoud's experience also includes providing IT support and first-level support in various companies.
