Josh Zik Cpa

Josh Zik has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Josh began their career in 2002 as a Senate Intern for the State of Kentucky. Josh then worked as Deputy Political Director for Chandler & Owen for Governor in 2003, followed by a role as Deputy Political Director for Ben Chandler for Congress later that year. From 2004 to 2008, Josh served as Regional Manager for Thorntons Inc. In 2008, they briefly worked as an Account Manager for Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC. Josh then joined Strothman+Co in 2009 as an Intern in Assurance, eventually becoming a Manager in EBS from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, Josh joined EY as a Senior in Assurance Services, before moving to Strothman and Company in 2016 as a Senior Manager in EBS. Josh recently worked for the Al J Schneider Company as an Internal Auditor from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Josh holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Al J Schneider Company. Throughout their career, they have also obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Josh Zik CPA, CFE attended Bellarmine University from 2008 to 2009 where they obtained a Certificate in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended the University of Kentucky from 1999 to 2001 and earned a Bachelors degree in Finance, Decision Science & Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Josh has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Teams Essential Training from LinkedIn in March 2020, Outlook 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn in October 2019, and CISA Cert Prep: 1 Auditing Information Systems for IS Auditors from LinkedIn in August 2018. Josh is also certified as a CFE by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and holds a CPA certification from the AICPA, although the specific years and months in which they obtained these certifications are not provided.
