Fahad Alfahad

Fahad Alfahad is a Technical Support Specialist at Al Jabr Holding since December 2021, responsible for providing technical support to over 4,000 users across various hardware, software, and networking issues, including support for other Al Jabr companies such as Al Jabr Investment and KIA. Previously, Fahad served as an IT Support Technician at Saudi Post from June to August 2019, where duties included senior IT user support and technical assistance for the operating system and Saudi Post systems. Fahad holds an Associate Degree in Computer & Information Technology from Dammam Community College - KFUPM, completed in 2019.
