Omar Alsoukhni

Omar AlSoukhni currently serves as the Head of Department at University Hospital Sharjah and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Sharjah, while also holding the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences. With extensive experience in clinical pharmacy, Omar has previously worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and Head of Department at Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital, and has contributed significantly to pediatric services at Hamad Medical Corporation. As a preceptor and mentor, Omar supports master's students in pharmacoeconomics and has engaged in teaching various pharmacy-related topics across several institutions. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a master's degree in Pharmacoeconomics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
