Sophi Palmer

Sophi Palmer serves as the Head of Marketing - International at Al Jazeera Media Network since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing English language marketing strategies and campaigns across the network. Under Sophi's leadership, content promotion strategies have been re-evaluated to enhance budget efficiencies and brand awareness through innovative technologies. Previously, Sophi was the Digital Marketing Manager for the successful launch of AJ+ in San Francisco, which emerged as a leading news publisher on social media. Earlier experience includes serving as the Marketing and Digital Services Manager at Abtran, where Sophi developed the digital service offering and significantly improved client engagement, and as a Marketing Executive at Airtricity. Sophi holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Languages from Technological University Dublin, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Irish Times Training, and is currently pursuing a Digital Marketing Leadership Course with Squared Online.
