Hathal Al Hathal has a diverse work experience in various companies. Hathal began their career in 2008 as an Administration and HR Manager at Triomada Plastic International Co., where they worked until 2011. Hathal then joined King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam as a Manpower Specialist from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as an Administration/HR Manager at Bischof + Klein for a brief period. From 2014 to 2022, they held the role of HR & Administration Manager at Bakhashab Transport and Trading Co. Currently, Hathal Al Hathal is working as a Human Resources Director at Al-Kadi Commerce & Industry from December 2022 onwards.

Hathal Al Hathal Chartered MCIPD completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University, spanning from 2002 to 2007. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, and Performance Management from Hay Group in March 2016. Moreover, they earned the Professional Supervisor certification from Meirc Training and Consulting in August 2008.
