Abdulmonem al-Rashed

Abdulmonem Al-Rashed is a seasoned Human Resources and Administration Manager with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple industries. Currently, Abdulmonem serves at Al-Khaldi Holding Company since November 2013, overseeing HR for a conglomerate with over 1,800 employees across six companies in the GCC. Prior to this role, Abdulmonem held a similar position at Rashed Abdul Rahman Al Rashed & Sons Group from January 2000 to October 2013, managing the Building Materials Division, which encompasses more than 53 branches in the MENA region and employs 962 personnel. Abdulmonem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources from Delmon University, completed in 2010.
