Sarah Sherriff

Sarah Sherriff is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as the People Experience Manager at Factor House since May 2025. Previously, Sarah worked in talent acquisition for Blinq, and held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Buildkite, where Sarah also contributed to the Talent and People Team Operations. Sarah's earlier experience includes roles at Hays as a Principal Recruitment Partner and Systems Expert/Trainer, where coaching and systems proficiency were key responsibilities. Additionally, Sarah was a Senior Recruitment Partner at Van Haandel Group and a Team Manager at Crown Melbourne Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Bond University and a CS50 certification in Information Technology from Harvard University, as well as a recent educational engagement at RMIT University.
