Mahmoud Zaghloul

Mahmoud Zaghloul is an experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as the Commercial Quantity Surveyor Section Manager at Al Marasem Group, Mahmoud oversees commercial and cost management for the EGP 24 billion New Capital City R5 Guardian City project. Previously held positions include Acting Commercial Quantity Surveyor Manager for the MOI-Southern Border Housing Project and roles at ACE Arab Consulting Engineers and other notable firms. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Higher Institute of Engineering in El Shorouk Academy.
