Yasmeen Mustafa is an experienced professional in the field of customer service and call center management, currently serving as the AVP of Call Center & E-Channel at Al Masraf since July 2019. Previously, Yasmeen held various roles at FGB from March 2011 to August 2017, including Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader in Direct Banking, and Customer Service Representative. Yasmeen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Jordan, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
