Phuong Nguyen has extensive experience in office management and human resources, having worked in various roles at companies such as Lhoist Vietnam, Total Oil Asia Pacific, and Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi. Currently, Phuong is the Human Resources cum SHEQ Manager at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group, overseeing HR management for multiple locations in Vietnam.
