Duha Al Salous currently serves as the Teaching Quality Control and Physics Lead at Al Nahda National Schools since August 2021, where responsibilities include supporting teachers in classroom strategies, conducting lesson observations, and identifying professional development needs. Previously, Duha was the Physics Leader/Teacher at Rawafed Private School from August 2008 to 2020, focusing on developing policies for high achievement and implementing examination course programs. Additional experience includes roles as Physics/Science Coordinator/Teacher at GEMS Al Khaleej National School (2005-2007) and at Dubai National School - Al Twar (2003-2004). Duha holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from The Hashemite University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Abu Dhabi University, along with Level 1 & Level 2 School Inspector Certificates from Penta International BSO.
