Andrew Watt MRICS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Head of Commercial at Al Nasr Contracting since March 2020, Andrew oversees a significant commercial function, managing multi-million dollar contracts and leading negotiations, cost planning, and claims management. Previously, as Regional Commercial Manager for Crown House Technologies UAE/Laing O’Rourke ME, Andrew directed commercial and procurement functions and successfully delivered key projects such as Khazna Data Centers. Andrew's career also includes roles as Commercial Director at Irinatech/Mercury MENA, Senior Quantity Surveyor at AECOM, and Quantity Surveyor at Davis Langdon LLP. Andrew's foundational experience began in the military as a Sapper in the Corps of Royal Engineers. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University College of Estate Management.
