Adam Defrancis

Adam DeFrancis is an accomplished professional in real estate development, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Development at Al. Neyer since October 2023. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Transaction Manager at Amazon from November 2020 to October 2023, overseeing global operations in real estate. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager at First American from August 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing daily transactions and strategic planning for a vast portfolio of corporate offices. Adam began their career at Madison Street Partners, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate from February 2008 to July 2013. Adam holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.
