Andy Holtzclaw

Andy Holtzclaw has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries, currently serving as the Director of Design-Build at Al. Neyer since January 2021. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Duke Realty Corporation from January 2010 to October 2020. Andy Holtzclaw earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Murray State University between 1999 and 2004.
