Matthew Anderson

Matthew Anderson, P.E. currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Development Services at Al. Neyer since June 2022, leading projects such as Rivergate Redevelopment and various industrial developments across Tennessee and North Carolina. Prior to this role, Matthew was with Kimley-Horn from June 2011 to June 2022, holding positions including Senior Project Manager and Office Production Coordinator, with a focus on project financials, profitability, and quality control. Matthew began a career in civil engineering as an Engineer and Continuous Quality Improvement Champion at Kimley-Horn, and has experience as a Civil Engineering Analyst while earning dual degrees in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
