Asad Abbas

Asad Abbas has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Global Financial Institutions & Sovereign Portfolio Management in the Treasury Group at Al Rajhi Bank since March 2014. Prior roles include Senior Credit Manager, Manager of Business Analytics, Senior Relationship Manager, and Consumer Credit Supervisor at Arab Bank from September 2005 to February 2014. Asad began a career at Arab Bank in August 1998 as a Customer Service Officer and worked in various banking departments. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Islamic Finance from the General Council for Islamic Banks And Financial Institutions, a Leadership Program in Comprehensive Corporate Credit Facilities from the Arab Bank Training Center, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Jordan.
