Dhaher al-Enazi

Dhaher Al-Enazi, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse work experience in the field of HR MIS and IT. Dhaher started their career at SIDF in 2000 as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they led IT projects and designed customized software solutions to improve organizational efficiency. In 2008, Dhaher joined Al Rajhi Bank as an HR MIS Manager, where they enhanced HR services, analyzed HR data, and optimized HR processes. Dhaher later held roles as Head of MIS & HR Payments and Director of Human Resources Information Systems. Currently, Dhaher is serving as the Senior Director of HR MIS at Al Rajhi Bank, overseeing the development of advanced HR data analytics and leading cross-functional teams in implementing HR technology solutions.

Dhaher Al-Enazi, Assoc. CIPD, completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at King Saud University from 1994 to 1998. Dhaher later pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems from the same university, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.
