Gul Sher Bhutta

Gul Sher Bhutta, PfMP, PgMP, PMP, Scrum Master, is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager in the Transformation Office at Al Rajhi Bank since November 2023, Gul Sher is responsible for the delivery of cloud transformation initiatives through a disciplined IT project management process. Previously, Gul Sher held roles such as Enterprise Project Manager at Riyad Bank, focusing on digital transformation and fintech projects, and Senior IT Project Manager at Al Rajhi Bank, managing various IT projects related to ATM and payment systems. With a strong background in project planning, execution, and compliance with ePMO standards, Gul Sher has successfully led numerous projects throughout a career that spans over a decade, working with several banks and technology firms. Gul Sher holds a Master in Computer Science from Bahuddin Zakriya University.
