Adel Al-Marzouk has extensive work experience in various industries. Currently, they are Vice President - Customer Care at Al Rajhi Takaful, where they have successfully revamped the Tele-sales function and increased its productivity. Adel has also significantly improved the service level and first call resolution rate.

Prior to that, Adel worked at Mobily, where they held multiple roles. Adel Al-Marzouk holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from King Faisal University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. In addition, Adel has several certifications from various institutions, including Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft.
