Imad Mkanna

Imad Mkanna, MBA, PHRi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Imad began their career at MEDGULF as a Medical Underwriter from October 2007 to April 2009. Imad then joined Motion Al-Saudia as a Senior Human Resources Consultant & Trainer from May 2009 to August 2012. Following this, Imad worked at Al Rajhi Takaful, where they held various positions. Imad started as a Training & Talent Manager from August 2012 to January 2015, then became a Senior Manager of Organizational Development from January 2015 to January 2021. Currently, Imad is serving as the Director of Strategy and Corporate Performance at Al Rajhi Takaful, where they are responsible for developing and monitoring key performance indicators, implementing automated dashboards, monitoring strategy execution, and contributing to the development of operating models and organizational structure effectiveness. Imad also plays a crucial role in change management programs and organizational transformation.

Imad Mkanna holds an MBA degree in General Business from Lebanese American University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Management Information Systems, General from Rafic Hariri University from 2003 to 2006. In 2011, they attended Chartered Insurance Institute to obtain a CII certification in Insurance. Additionally, Imad Mkanna has obtained additional certifications such as Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners from LinkedIn and PHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in the year 2015.
