Kaushal Doshi is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer experience management in the financial services and exchange sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager - Sales and Marketing at Al Rostamani International Exchange since March 2022, Kaushal previously held the position of Chief Customer Experience Officer at Al Fardan Exchange L.L.C. from 2020 to 2022. Prior roles include Head of Marketing at UAE Exchange, Vice President at both RBL Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland, and various marketing roles at HDFC Standard Life Insurance, Sify, and ICENET Technologies. Kaushal holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Gujarat University.
