Mark Magness

Mark Magness currently serves as the Head of Properties & Facilities at Al Shareef Holding since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles at United Development Company (UDC) from February 2014 to June 2020, where Mark progressed from Property Manager to Head of the Residential Property Department, responsible for managing residential assets, budget planning, lease agreements, and tenant relations. Other previous positions include Business Development Manager at United Facilities Management Co. and Senior Operations Manager at TMR Urusharta, among others, with significant experience in property and facility management across various sectors. Mark's educational background includes certification as an International Property Specialist from Dubai Real Estate Institute and further academic training from the University of Cambridge.
