Simone Mascagni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they worked as a Creative Consultant at ALC - Alberto Luna Consulting, collaborating with brands such as Diesel and Pirelli. They also interned as a Marketing & Communication Intern at 3D Hubs, where they helped launch the company in Italy and managed their social media platforms. Simone co-founded Beelief in 2013, a non-profit organization connecting students and young adults with non-profit projects. They also co-founded Wobu, an app that allows users to express themselves through animated selfies. Simone worked as a Freelance Creative Copywriter and Creative Consultant for The Nursery in 2014 and had a creative placement at TBWA London, working on projects for clients such as Lidl and Adidas. In 2015, Simone joined Anomaly as a Creative, where they worked on campaigns for Cancer Research UK, Gordon's, and Stella McCartney. Most recently, Simone co-founded Al.ta Cucina in 2018, aiming to build a community of Italian food lovers through their online platform.

In 2013, Simone pursued further education at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, specializing in Graphic Design with a focus on Advertising and earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
