Ehtesham Bukhari Ph.D.

Ehtesham Bukhari holds a PhD in IT Project Management, an MBA in Banking, and multiple professional certifications including PMP, ITSM, CISM, and CEH. Currently serving as the Head of Service and Security Operations at Al Tayer Group since March 2017, Ehtesham is responsible for managing IT operations, infrastructure planning, and driving digital transformation. Prior to this role, Ehtesham worked at Emirates NBD in various capacities, including Manager of IT and Project Management, overseeing IT vendor management, strategic planning, and process improvements. Ehtesham's early career included a position as Events Assistant Manager at Channel 4 Media Network.
