Ray Fleming is a Senior Projects Manager in the Building Division at Al Tayer Stocks since July 2014. Ray previously worked as an Operations Manager at Chicago Maintenance & Construction Co. LLC. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Galway, Ray has successfully managed various educational facility projects in the UAE, with responsibilities ranging from co-ordinating subcontractors to achieving successful project deliveries on fast-track programs. Prior to their current role, Ray also served as a Project Manager at JJ Rhatigan & Company, where Ray successfully managed a mixed residential, retail, and hotel development project.
