Amy Batchelor

Amy Batchelor is a seasoned graphic designer and marketing coordinator with extensive experience in both educational and professional environments. Currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator at Al-Terra since November 2023, Amy focuses on creating cohesive designs and unified marketing strategies across departments. As an Adjunct Instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology since November 2022, instruction is provided for design-related certificate programs. Previously, Amy contributed as Casual Faculty at NSCC, designing and delivering courses in Creative Industries, and spent 15 years as an in-house Graphic Designer at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. Amy founded and operated a freelance design business and has held roles in web and graphic design across various organizations, accumulating a robust educational background in design and digital imaging.
