Assistant Safety Head at AL-YAMAMA GROUP

Kirby-Ian Alipio began their work experience in 2009 as a Construction Manager at AAV Builders Corporation. Kirby-Ian held this position until February 2011. In April 2013, they joined AL-YAMAMA GROUP as an Assistant Safety Head. In this role, their responsibilities included planning and scheduling using the E-Maximo system, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing monthly reports, ensuring compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) plans and procedures, conducting safety training for employees, and promoting a high level of safety awareness on the project.

Kirby-Ian Alipio graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines in 2008. Kirby-Ian also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from the same institution, specializing in Civil Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Alipio obtained several qualifications. Kirby-Ian completed the NFPA 58: Liquified Petroleum Gas Code from NFPA in August 2016. In 2015, they acquired certifications in O and M Best Practice for Fire Fighting Systems and Safety Management from Parsons Corporation. In 2011, they completed the Basic Occupational Safety and Health - 40 Hours (BOSH) from the Philippine Society of Safety Practitioners Middle East Region. Furthermore, Alipio obtained the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc certification from the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers in August 2004.
