Abdulaziz M. Alwathnani

Abdulaziz Alwathnani, Ph.D., serves as the Dean of the College of Business at Al Yamamah University since September 2019. Prior to this role, Abdulaziz held the position of Associate Professor of Accounting at Alfaisal University from January 2014 to August 2019 and served as both Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Financial Accounting at York University between July 2006 and January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Financial Accounting with a minor in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University (2001-2006), a Master's in Accountancy with a concentration in Banking and Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (1996-1998), and a B.S. in Accounting from King Saud University (1990-1994).
