Omar Al-Madi, a certified public accountant (ACPA) and certified financial consultant (CFC), has extensive experience in accounting and finance. Omar started their career in 1992 as an external auditor with Abu-Ghazaleh& Co. Consulting and worked on assessing internal control systems and providing recommendations for improvement. In 1997, they joined Al Othman Plastic Factory as a Senior Accountant, where they were responsible for maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements. Following this, they joined Basamh Trading Group in 1998 as a Retail Division Finance Manager, where they provided financial statements and implemented a new accounting system for the finance department. Most recently, in 2010, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Al Zamil Heavy Industries Ltd., overseeing financial planning, accounting practices, treasury, budgeting activities, and financial reporting.
Omar Al-Madi pursued their education between the years 1988 and 1992 at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Omar received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, specializing in Accounting and Finance.

Today it is run by his sons and grandsons. The company specialises in design, supply, manufacture, assembly, and service of capital equipment in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Renewables, and Defence industries.
