Susan Story, MHRM, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Susan most recently worked at Alabama Ag Credit, where they served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing the HR department. Prior to this role, Susan held positions as a Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist within the same company. Before joining Alabama Ag Credit, Susan worked as a Human Resources Manager at Wynlakes Golf & Country Club for 12 years. Susan also gained experience as a Golden Girl Buyer, purchasing and appraising precious metals, during their time at Golden Girls LLC. Additionally, Susan worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at OSI Outsourcing Services and as a Staffing Specialist and Acting Branch Manager at Manpower. Susan began their career as a Staffing Supervisor/Assistant On-Site Manager at Staffmark. Susan's work experience showcases their expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Susan Story, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master of Human Resources Management degree at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Business Administration from Martin Methodist College in 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Susan has earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in May 2019. Susan is also a Director of Member Engagement at SHRM Montgomery Alabama since January 2023.
