Gabriel Duarte-Urrutia

Gabriel Duarte-Urrutia has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at International since September 2025. Prior to this role, Gabriel held several senior positions at Aptiv from June 2019 to September 2025, including Global Vice President of Human Resources for both Signal & Power Solutions and Electrification Distribution Systems. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for Latin America at Cardinal Health and various human resources leadership roles at Honeywell and Motorola. Gabriel began a career in human resources at Sony as a Human Resources Generalist. Gabriel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidad del Noroeste, A.C., in 1997.
