Jonathan Shell

Jonathan Shell is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and network management. As a Splunk Enterprise Architect at the Alabama Community College System since August 2021, Jonathan has applied advanced skills in threat detection and data analysis. Previously, Jonathan served as a Network Border Cyber Security Engineer at the Office of Information Technology for the State of Alabama, where responsibilities included updating security policies, managing VPN appliances, and monitoring network vulnerabilities. Earlier in Jonathan's career, roles included IT Systems Specialist at the Alabama Department of Public Health and IT Systems Technician at the Alabama Department of Public Safety. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Auburn University at Montgomery.
