Alabama Cooperative Extension System
Allie Logan serves as the Assistant Director for Field Operations in the Southeast Region and the Barbour County Extension Coordinator for the Alabama Cooperative Extension System since February 2016. Prior to this role, Allie Logan worked as the District Administrative Coordinator for the Russell County Soil and Water Conservation District from January 2013 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing the district office and promoting conservation education. Additionally, Allie Logan co-owns and manages Backyard Orchards, a roadside/upick produce farm established in partnership with Cassie Young, focusing on growing various fruits and vegetables. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult Education from Auburn University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Communication from Auburn University (2005-2009).
