Cynthia Canfield

Cynthia Canfield is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Extension Human Resources Manager at the Alabama Cooperative Extension System since January 2018, Cynthia supports a workforce of 70 employees and has successfully improved compliance in recruiting, onboarding, and exit processes. Prior to this role, Cynthia was the Site HR Manager at BASF, overseeing HR operations for over 800 manufacturing employees and implementing compliance for safety-sensitive protocols. As a Senior HR Business Partner at Parker Hannifin, Cynthia provided comprehensive HR support to multiple divisions and enhanced both new hire orientation and talent management processes.
