Jimmy Collier

Jimmy Collier has over two decades of experience in law enforcement and investigation, currently serving as an Investigator in the Criminal Investigation Division of the Alabama Department of Insurance since February 2017, where responsibilities include investigating criminal activities against insurance carriers and suspicious conduct by insurance agents. Prior to this role, Jimmy served as the Deputy State Fire Marshal at the State of Alabama Department of Insurance from February 2005 to January 2017, focusing on fire and explosion investigations and enforcement of fire codes. Earlier in their career, Jimmy worked as an Investigator and Deputy Sheriff at the Colbert County Sheriff's Department from June 1993 to February 2005. Jimmy holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Northwest Alabama State Junior College and is an alumnus of Rogers High School.
