Saranee Dutta

Saranee Dutta is currently working as a Geographic Information System Specialist at the Alabama Department of Public Health. Prior to this role, Dutta held positions such as a Research Scientist at The University of Southern Mississippi, a Research Consultant at NASA DEVELOP National Program, and a GIS Analyst Intern at Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Dutta's extensive experience also includes working as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Mississippi State University, where Dutta obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Marine & Coastal Ecology, GIS / Remote Sensing and a Master of Science (MS) in GIS / Remote Sensing.
