Steve Lovette

Steve Lovette has over 35 years of work experience in various roles. Steve started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served for over 20 years in roles such as First Sergeant, Aircraft Loadmaster, Safety, and Security Forces. In 2008, they joined Palmetto Goodwill Services, where they worked as a Facility Security Officer and later became the Director of Safety & Security. In 2021, they joined Goodwill Industries of San Antonio as a Project Manager. In 2022, they worked as a Safety Manager at Tyson Foods before joining Alabama Goodwill Industries as the Director of Operations, where they currently work.

Steve Lovette has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned from 2004 to 2006. Furthermore, they have an Associate's degree in Human Resources/Aviation Operations/Industrial Security from the Community College of the Air Force, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
