Kelley Park

Kelley Park has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Kelley is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind since December 2020. Prior to this, Kelley held various leadership roles at Southwire Company, including Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Employee and Community Relations, and Director of Employee and Community Relations. Throughout their career, they have been involved in strategic planning, change management, relationship building, management coaching, labor and employment law compliance, communications, community relations, investigations, reductions in force, mergers and acquisitions, union negotiations, and training. Before joining Southwire Company, Kelley worked as an Attorney at Wiggins & Camp.

Kelley Park's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in History and Criminal Justice from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Kelley has pursued further education at Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
