Willis Gregg

Willis Gregg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Willis served as the Director of Information Technology at the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director at Alabama Industries for the Blind, starting in 2021. Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, Gregg worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader Asset Protection from 2020 to 2021. Willis also worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an Asset Protection, Safety, and Operations Manager from 2016 to 2020. Gregg began their career in the US Army as a Military Analyst in 2012. Willis also has experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a reputation as a supportive and skilled coworker.

Willis Gregg completed their Master's Degree in Divinity/Ministry from Luther Rice College & Seminary from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Jacksonville State University from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Willis Gregg has obtained several certifications. Willis achieved the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist and CompTIA Security+ certifications in May 2023. In February 2023, they obtained the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist and CompTIA Network+ certifications. In November 2022, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification. Furthermore, they hold the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in May 2022. Lastly, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Altex Solution in July 2021.
