Terri Gaal, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Terri began their career as a Public School Teacher at Jefferson County Public Schools from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they worked as a Public School Teacher at Mobile County Public School System from 1997 to 1999. In 2011, Terri joined Alabama Medical Group, P.C. as the Human Resources Director, overseeing a team of over 230 staff members. Alabama Medical Group is the largest independent multi-specialty clinic in Mobile, Alabama, and offers a range of medical services to patients.

Terri Gaal, SHRM-CP, pursued their education at Florida State University from 1991 to 1994. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Social Science Education/History. In February 2020, Terri Gaal also obtained the certification of SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
