Cameron Williams serves as the Artistic Coordinator at Alabama Shakespeare Festival since January 2022, focusing on programming related to performance, education, and community engagement while overseeing educational initiatives. Previously, Cameron held the role of Camp & Academy Director, responsible for developing the framework for summer camps and the academy, which included curriculum design, staff hiring, and budget management. Cameron also worked as an Artistic Assistant for Troy City Schools Education Foundation and as an English Language Arts Teacher and Theatre Director at Troy University. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre Education from Troy University earned in May 2020.

The Alabama Shakespeare Festival, located in Montgomery - Alabama's state capital - is a fully professional regional theatre that produces around ten productions each season in association with Actors' Equity Association, The Stage Directors and Choreographers Society and United Scenic Artists union. Productions of Shakespeare are at the artistic core of the company. Broadway musicals, children's productions, American classics and world premieres round out the annual offerings at ASF.
