Richard Clark has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Richard currently holds the position of Deputy Director / Chief Operating Officer at the Alabama State Port Authority since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at GT USA LLC as an Operations Manager, overseeing the company's terminal operations and the development of a new container and multipurpose cargo terminal in Port Canaveral.
