Tyrin Moorer is a current Graduate Intern at Alabama State University and has extensive experience in leadership roles within the NAACP, including serving as the State Youth & College Division Political Action Chair, where initiatives were cultivated to mobilize youth across Alabama. As Chapter President, Tyrin maintained the largest collegiate chapter in the state and organized over 50 events focusing on civic engagement and advocacy. Tyrin also contributed as a Virtual Volunteer Recruiter, expanding volunteer engagement for civil rights and voter initiatives. Additionally, Tyrin worked as a Work Study Student at Alabama State University, managing office operations and facilitating facility maintenance, and completed a Special Project Internship with the Alabama Minority Vendor Program, promoting vendor recruitment for economic inclusion. Tyrin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management at Alabama State University.
