Brad James

Brad James is a Center Director located at Coastal Alabama Community College in Thomasville. He has worked with continuous and discrete industries for over 18 years with ATN, working in all aspects of the process including Operations Management.

Brad has a total of 32 years of manufacturing and industry experience and has led Lean Kaizen’s and delivered Lean manufacturing training. He has developed and implemented Lean for continuous industries. He is also trained in Six Sigma Black Belt.

Prior to joining ATN, Brad held various positions in the pulp & paper, and chemical industry responsible for Operations Management and Process Improvement. While there, he achieved process improvement and production increases by implementing Lean principles and other operational improvements.
