Jimmy Marley is a Project Engineer – Quality Engineering/Systems at Alabama Technology Network (ATN), where he works to Improve Client’s quality performance by developing, managing, and implementing technical assistance and training projects in the areas of Quality Engineering and Quality Systems.

Prior to joining ATN, Jimmy was the Sr. Quality Engineer for SL Alabama and Quality Engineer for Briggs & Stratton. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the Reliability Test Lab, Teaching and Mentoring Green Belts as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Train the Trainer, Teaching SPC, and Leading Warranty Reduction/Continuous Improvement Projects. While there, he achieved the ability to help others develop an understanding of continuous improvement by applying the concepts he learned through leading projects and teaching Lean Six Sigma to other employees.
