Willa Jin is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Finance & Talent and Head of Operations at Alabaster Co since 2019, Willa has previously held positions at Johnson & Johnson as a Clinical Data Manager and Clinical Data Analyst from June 2016 to February 2019. Willa's early career includes roles as an Information Technology Services Student Consultant and Co-Chair/Co-Director for Special Events and Philanthropy at the University of Southern California, where a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering was earned. Additional research experience includes contributions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Biomedical Microsystems Laboratory and as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Division of Neuroradiology at Keck Medicine of USC.
