Starting in 2003, Mackenzie worked as a Sales Representative for Lerner Newspapers. In 2003, they joined Stereo Optical Company - Essilor as a Sales Representative, serving in that role until 2007. Following this, they joined Stereo Optical Company, Inc. where they held multiple positions. From 2008 to 2011, Mackenzie served as the Sales Manager, North America, leading the customer service team and driving sales. They then became the National Marketing & Sales Manager, cultivating new business across 8 market segments throughout the U.S. From there, Mackenzie joined Stereo Optical Company, Inc. & Essilor Instruments USA as the Sales & Marketing Manager, leading sales and marketing plans for both divisions. In 2016, Mackenzie joined ACI Worldwide as a New Business Development, Sales Executive, specializing in the Government & Utility verticals for Electronic Bill Presentment & Payments Services. Finally, in 2018, Mackenzie joined Alacriti as a Sales Executive and later transitioned to become a Customer Success Manager, responsible for building strong client relationships.
